PolyWorks|Inspector is InnovMetric’s versatile 3D dimensional analysis and quality control software.

It takes measured data, whether from scanners, probing systems or portable CMMs, compares it against nominal CAD to tell you whether the part is within tolerance, and produces the reporting to prove it.

It is a strong fit where inspection is a core, ongoing function rather than an occasional task: several measurement devices feeding one process, demanding GD&T, and reporting that has to satisfy customers or auditors.

If your inspection needs are simpler and self-contained, a lighter package may serve you better, and we will say so rather than oversell you.

PolyWorks|Inspector is designed to work across a range of measurement hardware rather than one vendor’s, which is much of its appeal for shops running mixed equipment.
